Ufun (Yushan) is located in Yushan International, Zengcheng, Guangzhou, which is in the middle section of Guangyuan East Xinxin highway. Next to the project there is a bus terminal with Guangzhou,Dongguan and Shenzhen intercity rail surrounded to reach Baiyun and Shenzhen International Airport. It is also a transportation hub connecting Xintang, Yonghe and Science City.

The project is designed by Hong Kong AGC, integrates the natural environment and humanistic feelings into the architectural space, and is the only natural ecological fun experience space in the neighborhood. It is equipped with four major businesses: living facilities, delicacies, children's education and cultural entertainment, and a rooftop children's playground and a sunken style plaza to create a park for families in the neighborhood.
