On the evening of 21 January, KWG Property’s successful annual dinner featuring “KWG’s Commitment to Lasting Mission” was held in W Hotel Guangzhou. In 2016, KWG Property continued its success. Persisting in the development strategy of “Founded in Guangzhou, Radiating Out Across the Country”, KWG Property has developed more than 60 projects in 14 cities in five major regions across the country, namely, South China, North China, East China, Southwest China, and Central China. At the end of the year, the Group announced its “Future +” initiative, whereby capitalizing on the advantages of internet and big data, optimizing diverse business models, community services, membership management, and other systems to enhance the services and functions of the after-sales services. Looking back to 2016, KWG Property had been on a smooth path towards outstanding performance. Our dedicated employees, as well as support and trust from landlords, customers, and business partners, are an integral part of each achievement attained by the Group.

Give Back with Appreciation, and Build a Glorious Future

At the annual dinner, the Company recognized and commended various employees for their hard work for, devotion to, and advancement with the Company over the year. In addition, the special tenure award was given to those who render services for five years to twenty years, acknowledging their advancement with the Company. Continued efforts of each KWG member allow everyone to witness the power of a role model, and inspire each member to achieve a good start and build another glorious future under the philosophy of “Build home with heart, Create future with aspiration”.

Originality and Uniqueness

To celebrate with joy and express blessings for the new year, KWG employees presented their own wonderful shows in various forms. Chengdu division presented the performance of “Drum Dance with KWG” (《鼓舞"景"神》) by blending the folk art with the ink dance, during which, drums resonated and inkblot harmonized with the dance on the screen. The performance, together with KWG members, embraced a new chapter in 2017. Our commercial division presented “SHOW Tribe”( 《SHOW族》) as a fascinating professional attire fashion show. Their taste of fashion highlighted the corporate culture of being vigorous at KWG Property. The “Honor the Youth” (《莫負青春》) was presented by Guangdong division to showcase the Lingnan culture and the vital youth, along with a wish that the Company would continue prosperous growth. In addition, the “Wonder Property” (《神奇的物業》), a sitcom featuring a magic show, illustrated a harmonious relationship between landlords and property management personnel, demonstrating Ningjun Property’s philosophy of dedicated services.

Our evening host’s song “Run” came as the culmination of the annual dinner. As the lyrics implied, we shall advance forward in a pragmatic manner. For a better future, we shall shoulder to shoulder work to break a new record and carry on our lasting mission at full strength.
